Value Proposition: Efficiency and sustainability

This value proposition implies the use of a platform that optimizes in a decentralized way the assignment of a formal caregiver to home care giving services taking into consideration the specific needs of the patient. This enables an increase of the quality of the service and saving in costs that allows sustainability of the system

Service “Assignment of formal caregivers”

The formal carers introduce their data (capabilities, experience and personal data). When a supplier of social service has a new service, he introduces the characteristics of the service and the system assigns the best match. At the same time the system sends SMS to both parties informing them of the beginning of the service and characteristics

Service “Control and evolution”

The carer informs the system via smartphone about the visit (hour of arrival and departure) and the status of the person (new service or alarm required). Service “Changes of location of end user or additional needs.” If the end user changes location or has additional needs, the system automatically sends message to the previous carer to cease service, finds a new one and informs all the actors involved.

Stakeholders and total number of users involved

The total number of users will be 550. In the deployment time number of end users can vary from one application or site to another.
